Arsenic V3.0.0.0 Broken?

Okay, so this is a pretty random post, but I saw Blueblaze94 released an updated version of the "Arsenic" tool (The tool used to port Halo CE maps and Tags to the Original Xbox) on halomaps recently, upon downloading it and doing the usual process of importing the xbox maps, then importing a custom scenario to export, I get an error upon importing a small test scenario I made, I get the error shown in the image below. I'm not sure how to fix this, on much older versions of Arsenic, this does not happen, the error even happens with just the stock campaign maps. Long story short, I'm stumped :/. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tiddy-bits:

If I had to take a guess, probably a .Net Framework issue. If you could hit the details button, would give more details on the matter.

Here's what the first section of the details tab says.

Dear lawd, could you copy and paste all of that into here.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

yeah, def something program related. Usually does this when it hits/returns a NULL.

So there is no fix unless from the program author?

Basically

Big thing I guess is double check everything your doing, and if it keeps doing it; it most def the program

I'm doing the normal process I do with other versions. Import all the Xbox map tags, and then import my custom scenario for extraction, which is where the issue spawns.

In case you were at all wondering, these recent forum posts are where I found it.
