How often do you dust or change the filters in your computer?

I've never been great about doing it, because every time I think to, I'm already using the computer. Though thankfully the filters on my current case are really easy to remove and clean while it's still running, so I usually do it about once every 3-4 months, after they're fairly fuzzy.

I used to clean my filters every couple of weeks, but then I got lazy. Eventually it became a thing of I'll clean them when I get a new part or something.

I haven't done it since I got my new case, so I should really do it.

I think where I have my computer right now is pretty shielded from dust compared to where I've had it in the past. When I had to open my computer a few weeks ago I glanced at the filters and they were still pretty dang clean. They haven't been cleaned in about 18 months.

Mines right on the floor. But it's deep in the corner of a room without a lot of traffic.

Probably every 3 months for me. Just pull out the filter, swing it around outside like a madman, and put it back.

When the computer's on, it's the filters on the bottom of cases that are tricky to remove without setting half the dust loose to get sucked in. So those I only do about once every ...6 months. =|
