You want this specifically for lua, or as a map modification?

 

As far as modifying the map, all you need to do is check one of the flags for the third seat (gunner seat) on the warthog's vehicle tag:

 

However this of course means that you'll need to redistribute the map for multiplayer uses.

The end result would be more convenient for you to go lua, but it's more work to accomplish. I could move your topic to our script requests section, if you'd like someone to make it for you.
