None that I know of. Sorry.

Halo PC has a bug where if you run the game in windowed mode, you can't run it at your desktop's native resolution.

I think this was fixed in HAC2 - going to maybe look for a way to introduce this into Chimera.

then how come players managed to make both work ? does that has to do with the version of chimera ? If i go to an old build i don't get the feature of file regenerating for chimmera where you can save your commands in

Yeah, older versions of Chimera were compatible. The change happened sometime mid-2019:

Oddly, this is familiar to you... as if from an old dream.

do these old versions still have that folder that gets made automatically when you launch the game and you can put your own commands in it ? ( chimerasave.txt and chimerainit.txt )

Hello, I recently got this awesome mod and it won't let me run at higher than 60 FPS anymore from this mod. How do I fix that? I've tried everything.

Hello, first of all, thanks for your amazing work.

I installed Chimera over Custom Edition (patched) with Refined maps, the french version.

The game runs normally, but when I try to set the fov using "chimera fov 60" (for example) it says : "Too many arguments were specified. Expected at most 1".

I tried the "chimera widescreen fix" command, same problem. I tried replacing the spaces with underscores but to no avail...

I'm sorry if this is a dumb problem, but I'm kind of a noob in the modding department...

Edit : Find out, sorry for the post.

The syntax is "chimera_fov 60" and "chimera_widescreen_fix 1". You put the underscores in the command name and you put spaces between arguments.

Thanks for the great work. Loved everything about the new version, except I could not change brightness/gamma from in Halo CE menu.

Was that intended, or is there another way to change brightness/gamma in chimera? Thanks.

I've been looking into that.

It's part of Chimera disabling Halo CE writing to the registry. Unfortunately, it writes the gamma values into the registry, too.
