Ruined Songs

What song for you has memories attached that prevent you from being able to listen to it ever again.

I have none with romantic ties, though I do have two with a good friend (who was Glee obsessed and burned a CD for my car with some glee on it.)

The Glee versions of Valerie and Gives You Hell (or whatever the All American Rejects song is actually called, I don't even like it. It just irks me when it's on the radio now.) have killed their originals for me since this friend and I had something of a falling out a few years back.

Oddly, I got into music really late in life, so I don't have many associated memories. Though sad songs in general tend to remind me of a breakup in particular.

There are a few Green Day songs my brother plays over and over that I can't stand.

Funny you say that, my interest in music died late in life. I was an enthusiast once, now that majority (even of stuff I used to like) effing bugs me.
