COVID-free and somewhat back to normal.

Back at old org, different company. Long story short, got bait and switched at one job on telework. The other one wasn't working with our COVID situation and overall just toxic. Rather than keep kicking the can down the road, I figured it was a good idea and go back to where I was valued, and where I earned my respect and reputation. They also worked with me to get 100% fully telework status, so when the kids' daycares close for COVID exposure, I won't have to fight tooth and nail to take responsibility of my own kids. I took a pay cut, but sometimes money isn't everything.
