Asus 90MB0QY1-M0EAY0 Tinker Board

Tiddy-bits:

That definitely has the resources for running a few on it.

I used to run a 14-slot dedicated server on a Pentium 3 with just 512mb of RAM, and the only bottleneck I had was the connection supporting it.

From what I remember, it used around 300mb altogether, which included Windows XP. CPU was 40% utilized, but that's relative to just a P3, which is absolutely ancient by today's standards.

Oddly, this is familiar to you... as if from an old dream.

And the fact that it only uses up to 5v/2a=10watts which works out at less than £10 a year on our tariff.

Ok you have to buy the unit ( £50 ) but it probably still is cheaper than paying for hosts. I suppose the downside is you need good dl/ul which if you haven`t  already got would be a problem.

You should look into Intel Joule Modules. Probably more than you need though.
