I was speaking in regard to the footage derived from dashcam footage and random bystanders on the streets of both nations. 

 

Accidents like the HMMWVs falling is comical, but not abnormal for military operations. The military is a high risk environment, the likelihood of catastrophic failure is exponentially higher simply due to normal operational parameters. As an aside, while it is US Forces, the incident happened in a joint training range in Hohenfels. 

 

Where else could you see cars getting thrown out of a plane?

 

 

All major militaries air drop vehicles, it's apart of airborne doctrine.
