Sorry, didn't know the wget I linked to requires dependencies.

You can either place them in your Halo folder or replace the wget.exe with the updated one in the original post.

You still just place it in the Halo folder.

It's really up to the host of the server whether they share the information with others. Some may think it's an invasion of privacy, but it does not give a physical address.

Sapp needs http socket support for this to be practical for most users (ones who use hosting providers.)  But I highly doubt everyone's favorite dev will do that.

Most game server hosting sites that I know of give users FTP access, although I'm not sure how they feel about other executable programs running in the background.
