Need a new one badly though, the CPU fan has broken, the HD is clicking, the battery needs replacing (doesn't last 2 minutes on its own), and random keys are missing on the keyboard.

I'll probably get a desktop, what's a good budget one?

I plan to do a bit better with it when I get a minute, but honestly there just isn't anywhere to PUT the cables other than stuff them in the nearest hole. This is of course, from past experience, a bad idea. I'm sure that most of the thinner cables can be routed and placed beneath the mobo, but not very many. The fan cords are hopeless. They aren't long enough to go anywhere but straight over the CPU fan. wat
