This little program comes in handy when you need to convert a jpg, png, or bmp image to dds, which most games require.

You can even load dds textures with this tool and edit them with your choice of program without having to convert the dds into something more readable.

I remember using this years ago when all I did was mod halo, think it was one of the first programs I used (started editing bitmaps before actual mods)
