Assault Rifle HUD meter fix

I've fixed the original HUD ammo meters. There was an issue where 2 bullets disappeared before they should, its due to incorrect alpha value. Simply download and inject over the original bitmap. If it asks you to update the image size, decline.

Import bitmap here: ui\hud\bitmaps\combined\hud_ammo_meters

The ammo meter bullet 39 & 40 share nearly the exact color value on the stock bitmap, causing 39 bullets to appear when 40 bullets are loaded.

There's at least one more that does that for the AR, too.

I forgot to reply to this... Anyway, i fixed the other alpha value and now it works properly. I spent 5 minutes firing an assault rifle with ROF of 1 bullet per second to make sure everything worked.
