Comcast. It vastly improved performance for me. I kept getting stuck just at the ADs before the video, completely disabling YouTube 100%. Now it's supa-fly.

It may be that some people are throttled and some aren't. Might have to do with living in high traffic areas versus low traffic. Time of day may also be a factor.

I live in an extremely low traffic area. Then again. I'm also in a last mile area when it comes to cable.

How would i go about blocking the ip through my router?

This is the ip i get from modzy's CDN link: 123.211.51.125 => telstra-bne1
But thats also my ip address soo?

Why not?

They changed something or other. Logan was complaining about TWC throttling YouTube on the Tek, so I sent him this, and he said they used to use it, but now it doesn't work.
