Tiddy-bits:

Updated raffle FAQ:

Monthly Cash Raffle

Our raffle is an economy system, where non-staff members earn tickets through contributions described in the raffle block at the top of the forum index. Tickets can either simply be held onto for the monthly (automatic) drawing of cash winners, or transferred in any amount to other members for whatever reason. Global earnings and inter-member transfers are also displayed on the aforementioned raffle block, along with a countdown to the next drawing and how much cash will be awarded. Once drawing is completed, the economy is wiped clean to start anew.
Drawings: These are entirely automated with no weights involved. Additionally when 2 tickets are set to be drawn in a month, any member with 2 or more tickets does have a chance to have both drawn and double their prize.
Winning Prize: The primary reward is a cash prize, which can only be accepted through PayPal or as donation credit to the community. Winners also receive a flashy usergroup in Discord for a month!
Staff Tickets: Each staff member has a monthly allotment of raffle tickets for discretionary transfers to members. Tickets held by staff are not displayed on the tallies list nor are they counted for drawings; staff cannot win the raffle.

I've also added a button to the top-right of the raffle block to link to this topic.

Oddly, this is familiar to you... as if from an old dream.

Lurkers: Those that've registered on the forum but haven't yet posted, and as a result have many restricted permissions.

Such limitations include an inability to hand out likes, initiate private messages, set a profile status, vote in polls, or upload profile banners to the server.

Users are automatically promoted to Member as soon as they make their first post or topic.

I thought for sure there would be tons of lurkers but it's only about 1/6th of all members. I half expected there to be more lurkers than members. Also, shoutout to @InvaderVeex, the oldest Lurker profile.

Spam bots would sometimes send PM or post status updates with links in them, making them less apparent. Also this gives an incentive for new people to post! A banner at the top of the site informs them of the limitations until they do so.
