How do you contact your friends?

Do you contact you friends using one of the following?

-AIM

-MSN

-Skype

-Facebook

-Myspace

-Twitter

Or something else? Do you like the built in messaging on social networks? What about wall posts? Or do you prefer separate, private messengers like AIM? How efficient are the current social messaging systems? Do you think they take away from personal connection and communication skills?

I use Facebook for my IRL friends,and MSN and Skype for my online friends. AIM I use occasionally, but i used it the most pre-Facebook domination.

MSN, Yahoo, Steam, Skype, Facebook, etc. Practically everything. I like Skype mainly but not all of my friends use it. I acquired many different messenger programs so that I could still talked to those who preferred one over the other.

I rarely talk on the phone anymore ._. Texting is easier for me. Plus I just hate calling people. And nobody ever calls me :c

For me, I like to text a lot, so that's my main method. I also use Twitter, because a lot of my friends are tied to it, so it's a very easy way to get in contact with them FAST.
