  1. HAC2 sitejack can be turned off at the server. It supports both SAPP and my HSE. The old HAC/SAPP way was to set scrim mode, whatever that meant. It came down to setting a flag in the server query reply, but in SAPP there was a specific command for it, I forget what. The new version supports the old method as well as a new method between SAPP and the new HAC2 called "netvents". Either way, there is a way to get SJ to turn off on HAC2 clients.
  2. Added to the HAC2 map repo.
  3. antfarm has been uploaded to the HAC2 map repo. antfarm_sfw was already there, and matched the download above, so we're good.
  4. Dropped into the hac2 repo
  5. Added to the HAC2 repo.

  10. Great job, man...
  11. Googling around, and I see others having the same problems with that chipset (GM965). It might not work with Windows 10. If you open Device Manager, go to display adapters, then right click the Intel and go to Properties->Drivers, what does it say?
  12. I'm on Windows 10, with a nVidia 1060, and I'm getting 600-700FPS in Blood Gulch at 1920x1080, and around 400 at 4K (3840x2160). What GPU are you using? And what monitor?
  13. Uploaded to the HAC2 map repo per Storm.
  14. Uploaded to the HAC2 map repo - looks awesome!
  15. Up on the HAC2 repo...
  16. Uploaded to HAC2 repo, per Storm
  17. This map has been uploaded to the HAC2 repo. If you make changes to this map and do a rerelease, please use a different name by adding "_v2" or some other version number to it. Thanks!
  18. Very nicely done. In my case, I run Cisco ASA firewalls, with a Cisco ASR router between them and the Internet. So most Layer 7 attacks are already being dealt with. However, the bastard just runs up the fragmented UDP attacks, and floods my 1G fiber with so much bandwidth, traffic stops. I also have a rented server in NYC, and that thing gets knocked offline the same way. Only lasts for a short period of time, like less than a minute, but then comes back a few minutes later, so my ISP is doing some sort of DDOS protection, but it's not quick enough to keep people from getting kicked off. I haven't had a Layer 7 attack for a long time.
  19. Sehe maintained his own repo of maps he considered "good" or "worthwhile". He refused to consider maps he didn't like for various reasons. When the HAC2 repo disappeared, there were no backups, and Btcc22 and Harbinger got Sehe to cough up his repo. I populated the new HAC2 repo with that list, and then started adding more maps as I caught failures in the logs. At certain points in time, I scraped the entire H3 website, or other places I could find map packs. Then, I got a huge dump of over 5000+ maps from mihirgates, of which over 2000 maps were unique. Now, we're at the point where the HAC2 repo has 5,687 maps for both PC and CE, including quite a few singleplayer maps as well. TA DA... always remember to back up your stuff, people...
  20. For one, fix the gametracker link in your sig
  21. Yeah, sorry to not reply back, but I found the query_add command. thanks!
  22. While messing around with some "stuff" I came across a use for a LUA script for SAPP to alter the server query response. For example, if you look at a server query response, it's like this: <key>\<value>\<key>\<value> - this is used to get current map name, server name, players on the server at the time, etc. etc. Has anyone ever made a script to modify that and add more variables?
  23. better yet, do this: ping client.haloanticheat.com See if that gets a reply, or if it doesn't at least gets a timeout. (I forget if I configured my firewall to allow pings like that). have an issue with another player, who seems to be having a problem resolving client.haloanticheat.com Also, do this: nslookup client.haloanticheat.com And post the results.
  24. Last year, end of December I think, the haloantichat.com domain went offline when it went up for renewal (it was paid for by Btcc22 a few days ahead of time, but for some reason until I opened a ticket with the registrar, it suddenly started working). Anyway, during that time, I told a lot of people to put entries in their local hosts file for those hostnames with a static IP address I was using at the time. If those entries were there, HAC2 would probably crash. They are NOT there, so that's not the issue. Moving on, what's your IP address? Send me a direct message and I'll check my logs to see if you're even hitting my servers.
  25. and if it doesn't, give me your IP address and I'll debug it from my side. ALSO - IMPORTANT: Make sure you do NOT have any of the following entries in your local HOSTS file c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts client.haloanticheat.com maps.haloanticheat.com This goes for anyone else reading this too.
