Looking for a PCIe sound card

Budget is $100.  If it features automated dick sucking, I might be willing to go a bit over but I'd prefer it to be a bit under actually.  I'm not 100% versed with standard features on sound cards but the ideal goal I'm looking for here is one with a built in amp that can push my 150 ohm headset without an external amp.  The few I've looked at don't really specify how good their built in amp is, and tbh most of them looked like fine purchases to me which is why I'm here because I find it sketchy that they all look like good buys.  You don't have to find one that specifically says it can drive 150+ohm loads, rather I'm just hoping someone who knows their soundcards to give me their best bet on what fits the bill.  Or at least gets close, considering the budget.

Tiddy-bits:

The biggest factor here is sample rate and SNR (the higher SNR, the better, as it reduces the amount of background "noise"; more clarity). I wouldn't go for the really flashy ones, as they serve the same purpose as most other audio cards.

This is pretty decent:

Creative Sound Blaster Audigy

You can also find some pretty decent amps for less than $75:

Pyle PFA200

Lepai LP-2020A+

Although, I'm not a huge audiophile, so I am only giving suggestions others have given me.

Is there any particular reason you are looking for an internal sound card over external?

If it flies, floats, or fucks, rent it.

I am familiar with SNR and other audio terms because I do car audio as a hobby, I just don't have a pre-established stance on sound card brands, models, etc.  That sound blaster looks pretty good, but considering the reviews I might look at the next model up like this which I actually almost went with before coming here but just wanted to do more research.  As for the amps, I already have an external amp.  I just don't want it tethered to my computer all the time.

I have too much shit sitting on my desktop as it is, blocking the top fans and falling off all the time.

Damn because the asus U7 was a perfect match.

Head-fi.org gives pretty high praise to asus cards.

I looked at it and yes it does look good but I have enough anger issues with knocking stuff off my desktop and tangled cords already, lol.  I went ahead and got the Creative Sound Blaster Z.  Might do a review of it when I get it.
